2. Umfang und Zweck der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten
Wir erheben und verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten unserer Nutzer grundsätzlich nur, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung einer funktionsfähigen Webseite oder zur Vertragserfüllung erforderlich ist, eine Einwilligung vorliegt oder wir ein berechtigtes Interesse an der Verarbeitung haben.
a. Kontaktformular
Auf unserer Webseite bieten wir Besuchern die Möglichkeit ein Kontaktformular auszufüllen. Hierzu ist die Eingabe von personenbezogenen Daten erforderlich. Die Daten werden dabei in eine Eingabemaske eingegeben, die darin eingegebenen Daten werden an uns übermittelt und gespeichert. Eine Weitergabe der Daten an Dritte findet nicht statt. Folgende Daten werden hierbei erhoben:

b. Besuch der Webseite und Erstellung von Logfiles
Bei jedem Aufruf unserer Internetseite erfasst unser System automatisiert Daten und Informationen vom Computersystem des aufrufenden Rechners. Folgende Daten werden hierbei erhoben:
. Informationen über den Browsertyp und die verwendete Version
. Das Betriebssystem des Nutzers
. Den Internet-Service-Provider des Nutzers
. Die IP-Adresse des Nutzers
. Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
. Webseiten, von denen das System des Nutzers auf unsere Internetseite gelangt
. Webseiten, die vom System des Nutzers über unsere Webseiten aufgerufen werden
Die Daten werden ebenfalls in den Logfiles unseres Systems gespeichert. Eine Speicherung mit oder eine Zuordnung dieser Daten zu anderen personenbezogenen Daten des Nutzers findet nicht statt.
Rechtsgrundlage für die vorübergehende Speicherung der Daten und der Logfiles ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Die vorübergehende Speicherung der IP-Adresse durch das System ist notwendig, um eine Auslieferung der Webseiten an den Rechner des Nutzers zu ermöglichen. Hierfür muss die IP-Adresse des Nutzers für die Dauer der Sitzung gespeichert bleiben. Die Speicherung in Logfiles erfolgt, um die Funktionsfähigkeit der Webseite sicherzustellen. Zudem dienen uns die Daten zur Optimierung der Webseite und zur Sicherstellung der Sicherheit unserer informationstechnischen Systeme. Es besteht folglich seitens des Nutzers keine Widerspruchsmöglichkeit. Die Erfassung und Speicherung von Daten in Logfiles kann vermieden werden, indem Sie diese Webseite nicht besuchen.
3. Datenlöschung und Speicherdauer
Die erhobenen Daten werden grds. dann gelöscht, sobald sie für die Erreichung des Zweckes ihrer Erhebung nicht mehr erforderlich sind.
Im Falle der Speicherung der Daten in Logfiles ist dies nach spätestens vierzehn Tagen der Fall. Eine darüberhinausgehende Speicherung ist möglich. In diesem Fall werden die IP-Adressen der Nutzer gelöscht oder verfremdet, sodass eine Zuordnung des aufrufenden Clients nicht mehr möglich ist.

Werden personenbezogene Daten von Ihnen verarbeitet, sind Sie Betroffener im Sinne der DSGVO und es stehen Ihnen folgende Rechte gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen zu:
- Recht auf Auskunft über gespeicherte personenbezogene Daten
- Recht auf Berichtigung
- Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung
- Recht auf Löschung
- Recht auf Widerruf gegen die Verarbeitung

2. Scope and purpose of the processing of personal data
As a matter of principle, we collect and process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary for the provision of a functional website or for the performance of a contract, consent has been given or we have a legitimate interest in the processing

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the web pages to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. Consequently, there is no possibility for the user to object. The collection and storage of data in log files can be avoided by not visiting this website.
3. Data deletion and storage period
The collected data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
In the case of storage of data in log files, this is the case after fourteen days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.
